Paul Michaels

Paul Michaels discovered his love for music performance when his mom brought home a $17 guitar from Sears when he was 8 years old. He started singing and playing popular music from the 70’s and 80’s and quickly started performing live as a duet with his brother Jay at the age of 11. Since then, he has had a life-long relationship with music, eventually studying guitar at Berklee College of Music. He studied voice while earning his engineering degree at the University of Buffalo. Over the years, he has performed solo, and in various groups with styles from Folk, Jazz Fusion to popular music. He has always been a lead vocalist, guitarist and pianists in most all his musical endeavors.
During his career, he has written original music resulting in two musical compilations both in the popular music genre. The first compilation was released in 1996 (Take It) and the second is being released later in 2024 (Lost).
He is the lead vocalist in the Sparks Coldplay Tribute band, currently performing throughout Long Island and the tri-state region. He is also is a vocalist and guitarist for Four Way Street, the premier CSNY tribute band in the northeast.
Bob Gallo

Bob Gallo is a veteran New York studio guitarist and composer. His playing and writing can be heard on numerous television shows from the 90’s to the present. Some of the highlights are "The Cosby Show,” "It's A Different World,” “Living Single,” “Little Bill.” Bob was the guitarist who accompanied Aretha Franklin on the theme song of "It's A Different World.” An active studio musician, Gallo has played various theme sessions with Al Green, Gladys Knight and Grover Washington, Jr. Currently, Bob is contributing music to the Netflix series “Emily In Paris” and “Rust Valley Restorers.” He has contributed music to other televisions series such as “Pawn Stars” and “Housewives of Atlanta,” among others. As a session guitarist, credits include singer Denise Williams’ Grammy Award-winning Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album "This Is My Song".
Bob Gallo has played alongside a wide range of artists, including Michael Brecker, Randy Brecker, Bob Mintzer, Bob Malach, Gerald Albright, Grover Washington, Jr., John Lewis, Clark Terry, Dave Valentin, Jon Faddis, Eric Gale, Wah Wah Watson, Rodney Jones, Will Lee and Clarence Clemons.
Rob Hintz

Rob's musical journey ignited during his high school days after stumbling upon a 1967 Fender Mustang bass hidden in the back of the band room closet. Since then, he's been fortunate to grace the stage with acclaimed tribute acts such as Captain Jack, Copperline, Powderfinger, and CSNY tribute band Four Way Street, before finding his groove with Sparks.
Tom Gallagher
Percussionist
Tom Gallagher is a powerhouse drummer from Long Island, known for his groove, versatility, and high-energy erformances. A seasoned pro with roots in multiple genres, he’s lit up renowned stages from Carnegie Hall and The Bitter End to festivals like Sayville Summerfest and Bradstock, among others. When not performing with Sparks Coldplay Tribute, Tom stays busy playing R&B and funk with Melting Pots, Top 40 hits with the Lis Roman Band, retro surf with Andy & the Beach Bullies, and taking on a variety of live session work across the NYC Metro area.
